He then mentioned investing in crowdfunding through his friend Andrew at Hong Leong and asked for help checking a BTO site at Tampines Greencrest. I declined due to being busy. In subsequent conversations, he kept pushing the investment, but I had read about such scams and remained cautious, refusing to help.
