Credit-for-Sex Scam

Met a girl through Facebook dating. Arranged for a meet-up one day, she said she needed boss/manager to contact me first before being able to meet with her.

Boss asked to pay $200 in razer gold credits through axs to specific email address 'hvvv001@163.com'. After that he will tell you some sob story about how others abuse the host and get your empathy. He will ask for your ic front and back so he can register for visitor to condo. (and no, condo's don't do this.) And after that he will tell you to transfer 200 again to the same email saying host will return after the deed for the host protection in case anything happen to her. Just change last 3 digits 2 times each. E.g. Hvvv002, 003, 004 and so on. And after you tell him you have no money to pay anymore. He will start to get aggressive and send you videos of people getting wrecked and house getting smashed as example, he will also threaten to use your ic to apply with loan sharks. If you don't pay, he will start to threaten to drag your family into this whole mess. He will tell you to do for 6 emails x2 first. After that he will say if you are not involved with police need pay hush fee as insurance. So another set of 6 emails x2.

All in all they will try to threaten you into paying more when it doesn't make sense. I panicked and kept sending till my savings are wiped. That was the point i decided to ask for 1 hour and then ask for perspective from other. Police report was made immediately after that. $5,000 lost in total.

So to all who think about dating on Facebook or anywhere. Asking for credit first before the deed is a red flag. Don't bother to give ic/money before. And the 'threats' will start. So please look out for the symptoms above and take care all.
