Great reading from you again. I have seen the pictures and I am sure that is exactly how the room is as it is in the pictures. I would like to secure the bedroom. I love a clean and peaceful environment. I will be coming down on the 5th of January and I will be staying for more than a year with you as long as we are all happy living together with each other.

I will suggest transferring my rent and utilities over to you to secure the room prior to my coming because it is quite hard for me to get down there and start looking for a room to rent. If you have a PayPal account it would be so easy and safe for us because i have not been using my online access for so long and i will have to get to the bank before i can make a transfer but unfortunately i work till late and the banking hall closes before i finish at work.

All you need is to set up a PayPal account if you don't have one just log into www.paypal.com and set up an account it doesn't take much time to set up and get back to me with your PayPal email address and also your PayPal name for me to transfer the fund over to you. 


Do also note that I have attached a copy of my IC for you.
