Beware of Fake Friend Call scams

Impersonation Scam

Alan N C initially contacted me through Facebook, and we began messaging each other day and night. She claimed to be from Malaysia and had been working in Singapore for five years but didn't have many friends.

We later switched to WhatsApp, and we even set a date to meet. However, just before our planned meeting, she asked for my assistance with her part-time job. It involved helping to generate orders for Cartier, where I would need to transfer money, and then the money would supposedly be rebated.

I found this situation very suspicious and decided not to proceed further. I eventually blocked her.
