I received an automated voice call from DBS, alleging that a $963 charge had been made to my DBS credit card. The call instructed me to press a button to speak to an English-speaking customer service officer. The purported customer service representative identified himself as Harish Kumar with ID 180622. However, I do not possess any DBS card, so I inquired about the reason for the call. I intentionally provoked him, and he became visibly irritated and abruptly terminated the call.
