I have received an email supposedly from Singapore post saying that they noticed a delivery on hold due to non-payment of S$2.10 last week. they requested me to make payment of S$2.10 in order to receive the delivery. I ignored it because of the suspicious email address. then I received the email from the same email address again on 25 Feb 2021.

I felt that i have to alert someone about it, hence this message.
