Caller with a thick indian accent claimed to be calling from singtel . mentioning that there is a surge in my internet usage. asked me to hold on the line to speak to his senior technician named sam thomas who asked me to go infront of my laptop to key in some details. When i asked for verification of my address and name he did not have it and started shouting at me saying that i dont understand how serious this is.

He hung up once I told him I knew it was a scam.
