Received a call and caller ID displayed this number: 96539479.

When i picked up the call and it was a pre-recorded voice ( Mandarin) come from other end . It claimed that tel company ( it didn't mention which tel com) detected an unknown signal and requested me call back .

To continue press # . As it was clearly a scam call, I hung up the call.
