She also asked if I could help her boost sales, to which I agreed. She provided me with another person's contact details and requested that I refer to her as "Katie" to that contact. It was then that I began to suspect something was amiss. I suggested meeting for coffee to discuss how I could help, but she ignored my proposal. Later, she accused me of lying to her about everything, which made me feel guilty. After that, she stopped texting me altogether.
